Office Description: |
The Vice-President shall assume the duties of
the President in his/her absence or upon his/her inability to serve,
and shall perform any duties assigned by the President. He/she
shall serve as coordinator of all committees. The Vice-President
shall also collaborate with the Historian in developing annual award
nomination packets. In the event the Vice-President cannot serve as
the President, the Officer Board shall appoint a President, pro
tempore. |
